had a moment of weakness yeaterday. only a few minutes and about 400 cals. but the punishment of my scale is ruthless.
209.4 lb Lost so far: 37.5 lb.    Still to go: 6.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

It happens. As long as we try to learn from it - which I can already tell that you did. 400 calories is a LOT for a few minutes (sometimes seconds) of bliss. Totally not worth it. I had that same thought yesterday - secondsd away from getting a 100g choc bar at the train station. I was SO tempted, and it was TOUGH to let go. I made it through by assuring myself that I was already pushing it on the calories, and that I did NOT need additional 535 of them to make me feel guilty and bad the rest of the day - and then some.

yes, and the day after, when you are on the scale. AND the next time you see a temptation like that, it is at least just as bad, if not worse!
