Day 23 -- So after gaining a pound last week, I dropped 9lbs this week! What gives? I was also very sick this week with a terrible cold flu. So I didn't follow my nutrition plan very well, and exercised only when I felt I had enough energy to do it without taxing my body too badly! Huh, guess my body truly is in control. I just have to keep feeding it the correct nutrition and the execise it requires...it will do the rest! Also, in 3 weeks I have dropped 14lbs, and 13 inches! YAY!
285.0 lb Lost so far: 16.0 lb.    Still to go: 25.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 12.8 lb a week
