So, I decided to take a week off of my diet. I was getting very frustrated with the lack of movement on the scale. I didn't excersice as much, and I stopped counting calories. And you know what happened?
NOTHING!!
The scale says the same thing it did last week.
So, I'm starting to wonder if maybe I was burning too many calories, and not taking enough in. So, I'm going to increase my calories, lower the amount I burn, and watch how much fat I take in...
