Checked in Yesterday. Lost 5 pounds but gained 3 pounds of muscle. At first I thought I did not loose that much weight, but I was reminded that because of my muscle gain, that muscle weighs more than fat. So far so good. My size 14 jeans fit loosely, while my size 12 jeans feel comfortable (depending on the brand). My "double chin" is almost gone. Been sticking to my diet 100%, no cheating whatsoever. Still faithfully using Jillian Micheal’s Ripped in 30 DVD.
