Hitting another plateau I notice. Not amused. Not sure I can up my game much more...
122.0 lb Lost so far: 13.8 lb.    Still to go: 2.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Am I right in what I see - your plateau is at your target? Are you hoping to lose more? You've lost 6.3kg in a month which is a pretty massive amount - over 10% of your original weight. Are you sure about needing to up your game? You appear to be doing pretty damned well to me!

Thanks :) .. I have reached my original target yes, Phooka.. but now I'm there, and it was relatively easy, I'd like to try losing just a few more so I have some extra to play around with for my holiday in April. I think the struggle now, is that my body is weighing less than it wants to, so this is now becoming an uphill battle. Trouble I'm faced with now, is keeping it off until we go!!
