Well Hubby gave up on the healthy eating yesterday. Really bummed me out. I think the main reason is he said he was tired of eating veggies. He doesn't mind them in a soup, but he wasn't fond of steamed broccoli, even though he tolerated it enough to lose 6 pounds. the weight has started coming back on since he is eating carbs again, especially at night. He used to eat 1/2 a box of cereal as a "snack". He didn't need to lose weight anyway, but it was great to have a partner to share in meal planning and exercise. He says he still wants to work out with me on the weights so that is good. He also didn't like anything with high protein to snack on. He doesn't like milk, tuna, peanut butter, etc. So he was having a hard time balancing his protein and carbs. He wants mac and cheese, potatoes, white bread, tortillas, etc. I am very saddened by the loss of my healthy eating partner, but he says he will still support me. I can still cook the healhty meals, but he just wants carbs for sides, lol
120.4 lb Lost so far: 31.6 lb.    Still to go: 10.4 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

That's too bad, but it sounds like he is working with you on it, so that is good.' Your measurements put mine to shame, ugh. I'm working on it though. Would be nice to have a flat belly again, er, flatter belly lol.

yeah, it is great! my tummy is still a bulge, but don't look pregnant anymore! I was soooooo bad at lunch today! I haven't really broken my diet since January 24th when I had chocolate cake. But I ate 1/4 of the slice of cake for 4 days lol. Today I had the very sinful but oh so delicious cheesecake! I decided at the last minute for some stupid reason to eat at a new buffet for lunch since we were in a hurry. I had already decided on Chipotle Chicken Fajita Bowl, but NOOOOOO, I had to change my mind. So I went all out. Now I know why I was so chunky before! They even had the mongolian grill and I was so happy to take a plate and pile it high with shrimp and chicken and veggies even sprouts! then watch them cook it with some hot and spicy sauce and just a little olive oil. But oh the fried fish just one little piece wouldn't hurt. Then I had a fried zuchinni, which was bad so I didn't even finish eating it, then I had lots of cantaloupe but cheesecake is my weakness. Now normally.................the dessert buffets at the chinese places is pretty basic and it has their favorite stupid cookies and dry little cakes and the fruit. But NOOOOOO they had to have one large slice of perfectly beautiful cheescake and that is so my favorite thing in the world. I touched it and it giggled, usually they are pretty frozen lol, but this was just right. AND IT WAS SOOOO GOOD! I expect a gain tomorrow, but will be busy all day, so maybe I can work it off. Definitely need to do door to door tomorrow lol, no rurals here! Then there is an expo at the mall we plan on hitting up, then goodwill, then alvin and the chipmunks the squequel AGAIN while it is at the dollar movie. So maybe I will burn some calories tomorrow. Just drove and worked today, so I really anticiape a gain, which is not fun since I hit an all time low of 120.4 today!
