Been writing down what foods I eat, as well as, having it on my Lose It app on my phone. I still do not eat enough vegetables but am trying to get at least 60-80 oz water each day. Trying to get more weights and stationary bicycling but not consistent. I will keep trying tho!
151.2 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 31.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
