OH MY GOSH - I am doing all the things I'm suppose tooooooooooooo... Perhaps I need to watch my calorie intake more. I'm only doing an hour a day at my gym class maybe I need to add the gym after work. But if I step on that scale tomorrow and it goes up... So help me.....
122.1 lb Lost so far: 0.9 lb.    Still to go: 12.1 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 3.5 lb a week
