Mildly feeling better and got a little shut eye! Maintaining my same weight. Really need to step up the water consumption. Something I have managed to do is completely stop drinking pop or ice tea. Proud of that actually. Don't stop at gas stations and don't drink it at the pub where I work. Even when I drink alcohol its water... so there's a victory. Hoping for a productive day. I have orange theory and work - might switch gyms too if I'm feeling energetic...
Sugar - cutting out sugar is my main goal this month - and since its a no alcohol month that should be easier. In order to do this I have to be really aware of what is in the food that I put in these chops.
