Man the holidays and birthdays messed my diet up, and i've been less motivated to work out.
193.0 lb Lost so far: 52.0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
losing 0.1 lb a week

I am on the same page honey. I gained a few instead of losing. Today I have taken on the challenge of giving myself 30 minutes a day! We'll see how it goes. Join me in taking 30 simple minutes to ourselves everyday. Take a walk. Jumping jacks. Stairs. March in place. Whatever it takes to get the heart rate going.

That's a common problem and one I'm happy to kick this time around. It doesn't happen at once. But put that behind you, the only thing that matters now is....well...NOW! Take the steps now so that next time you know how to resist and continue with a healthy eating lifestyle.
