gotta be fucking kidding me!!!
185.2 lb Lost so far: 9.8 lb.    Still to go: 20.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Don't worry about a bad weigh in and look at the big picture. You've lost 10 pounds since you started. 10!! Do you realise how heavy 10 pounds are? That's weight you're not carrying anymore!! Congratulations!

.That is a tiny gain. If you were on plan, then it is most likely regular water weight. Our weight fluctuates hourly. Drink some extra water and it should be back off.
