Ok, ok.. This is cool. At least I am seeing progress. I just need to keep this up. It hasnt really been too bad. In mst cases, I have been eating what I want. I have even been enjoying my alcohol. Looking at the makeup of what I have been eating, I think I might loose more weight quicker if I diid the following.
* Reduce the carbohydrates. * Reduce the fat. * Increace the protien.
Doesnt sound so bad but I think the carbs may be the hardest to kill.
