Well, I didn't lose weight this week but I didn't gain either over the Thanksgiving holiday. I cooked and I had a lot of leftover so I worked on portion control and kept my exercise going. This is a very challenging time for me right now over the holidays so if I can maintain my weight now I will be happy.

Diet followed reasonably well.
