As my son used to say, it has been one of those 'meh' weeks where I haven't been as determined as I usually am, and haven't had half as much water as I usually drink, resulting in this plateau....which I am sure, if I had those scales that record every single ounce of a pound, would show as a slight increase, as the number was waivering upwards before settling on the same number as last weigh-in. After looking back on my food diary I have recorded 'POORLY' followed as I ate more food than I really wanted (though I have still logged it) and I realise it was a boredom decision rather than being genuinely hungry. I am normally satisfied with far fewer calories than the FS RDI says I should be eating. Having my KeeDiet meal replacement packs isn't helping me follow the LCHF way right now, as the nutritional contents are more carb-loaded than I had realised but I've made the decision to use them up, and I will keep to that, especially as there are not many left. I think my focus over the next few days will be to drink more water and stick to my food choices 100%. I have my weekend away with my friends to look forward to, and I definitely don't want to be feeling 'meh' then!
