Wow!!! Obviously it's all water. No wonder I felt so bloated. Lesson learned is to stay away from carbs. 20g or less is good for me. I did 24 hr fasts for 4 days last week and ate my allocated RDI but tried to have protein mostly.
I'm happy to be back at my pre-holiday weight. Next goal is to be under 100kg for my wedding anniversary in March.
233.0 lb Lost so far: 91.7 lb.    Still to go: 34.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 16.5 lb a week

I only ate supper, and a very big supper at that. One of the important things about fasting is to feed well after a fast.
