* pounds in less than 4 weeks. Following a few simple eating habits and working out regularly again. Maybe I can keep this up for 20 weeks?
268.0 lb Lost so far: 8.0 lb.    Still to go: 38.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 10.5 lb a week
