Hello, thank you for accepting :) My scales are frustrating me! I am trying to stay around 1000 calories and be reasonably sensible but I seem to have hit a wall ...x

Oh dear Andrea .. so have I. Ugh . Keep going Buddy we can climb that wall come on... I'm pushing you. ... hold my hand... come on .. we are going to do this. It might take us more time , but we will get there 🌟🌟

Andrea: Try reducing your sugar intake. Get your calories some other way.

Thank you Mrs Maths & JockoT.. I will keep keeping on.. It's just so disappointing when you hit that plateau isn't it? Thanks for the advice Jocko, I will look at that.. maybe change things up a bit.. As you can see, I do a fair bit of snacking at work - I'm in an office on my own. Soon I'll be working from home, so won't have that little stop in the shop in the mornings!
