I'm feeling so good about actually getting to the gym! I've already completed 2 our of 3 of my required gym dates for the week and I'm planning on upping my times to the gym within a week or two. I'm just afraid of overdoing it and hurting myself like I did the last two times I've made a commitment to the gym. Slow and steady wins the race, right?!?
