I didn't sleep very well last night. I have a horrible virus. Usually, I would eat very poorly as a result. I remained disciplined and ate well. I didn't exercise as much however. I'll work harder tomorrow. Thank God that I maintained fairly well.
225.8 lb Lost so far: 0.2 lb.    Still to go: 60.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
