This is actually a weight loss for me. I had gained up to 180.6 so I lost 3.5lbs. I have been tracking what I have been eating an exercising. I must continue this.
180.1 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 45.1 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
