Lost .3 lbs, better than gaining. Have been riding my exercise bike five mornings a week. doesn't seem to help any, just gets me out of bed earlier. Will keep on keeping on.

This is actually a weight loss for me. I had gained up to 180.6 so I lost 3.5lbs. I have been tracking what I have been eating an exercising. I must continue this.

Our weight watchers closed here a few months back. Some of us meet at our senior center here on Tue. evenings to weigh in and discus many things. I have gained back somewhere around 20 lbs. all of my motivation has disappeared and I feel BAD about it. I was more motivated when we were in weight watchers so I must get over that and move on. I need to start tracking what I am putting in my mouth again. It has been very hard for me. Need to stop feeling sorry for myself. Get back to business of watching myself, taking care of my health.

Today is June 30th and the last time I wieghed in at a meeting was June 2nd and I will weigh in tonight. I have been on vacation in California and have not watched things I ate as well as I should have. There were things that I new I would have while I was there that I can't get here, such as fresh sea food and fresh off the vine fruit and vegetables that I truely miss here. Everyone is getting things from their gardens and mine is just starting here. I will be leaving in a week to go to our daughters in Oklahoma for another month so we'll see what happens there. I do watch what I eat but not like I should.
I will try to report my weight before I leave again.
