Not even making any excuses...I need to plan better. And then I also need to keep my food journal (logging my food). Yesterday I had a good day but this morning I am up 2 lbs because of the weekend. Ok, I'm regrouping and committing to really getting it done this week. No excuses. I'm going to plan my week out right now anticipating any events that might come up. Late night snacking seems to be an issue as well. Just out of boredom. Also, food sitting around is a problem for me. I'm following Jorge's Women over 40 plan (loosely) for a week to see how it goes. Also started back with my little magic friend - something to get me over the hump we will see how it goes this week.
Wii Active -- must do it tonight. Need to commit to 3x per week. Its really not that hard,Corrie.
