Well after a stressful end of the semester and start to an internship, it is time to get back in the saddle and pick up where I had left off. The new starting weight of 240 lbs is a bit higher than I expected to be at after the holidays, but it isn't particularly alarming as I was over 230 after bulking at the end of the semester. I am signed up for tough mudder this May, so my current fitness goal is to raise my cardio level as high as I can by then. I have access to p90x, which I am considering, but for the time being, there will be a lot of treadmill and elliptical work to get going. The new goal is to be a very lean 215 by the time the race is here. I think that's where I will end up if I can get sub 12% body fat, which is territory I haven't quite got to yet.
