Was sick the week of February 8. Made it really hard to want to cook right or exercise. I ended up eating Chinese food and ice cream. Ice cream was bad for my weight (even fat free ice cream has calories) and for my sinus infection. Yuck. Back on the horse now. I even gave away my Valentine's Day candy to someone who can afford the calories better than I.
