I was feeling really apprehensive about running after working an 11 hour day yesterday, but once I started I felt great. I beat my time record, running 5 miles in only 41 minutes!! And it was worth seeing that scale drop again!!
138.4 lb Lost so far: 11.6 lb.    Still to go: 13.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
