Thanks all, the IF and LCHF way seems to be working best for me at the moment. Not even missing chocolate....and that is a miracle in itself, as I have such a sweet tooth! These past few days I've gone 20/4 on IF and have not had rumbling tummy or cravings. I really am quite amazed how good I feel too....all good news buddies :) but I have 62 little devils still to be rid of ;) Btw, I'm keeping an eye on all your progress even if I don't always comment...you are all doing so well xx

Keep going as you are so positive. I look at your face when I am using my laptop and you make me smile. I know you are trying hard to lose weight but you look fabulous. Losing weight won't change that! x
