I am down 5 lbs. for this week...makes me @ 338 lbs.
my over-all loss =12 lbs.

01/01/17 =350 lbs.

01/08/17 =343 lbs.

01/15/17 =338 lbs.

My B/P & B/S numbers are good.

338.0 lb Lost so far: 12.0 lb.    Still to go: 48.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
