Wow, yesterday I weighed 137, I really fluctuate up to 4 pounds from day to day. I weigh myself the same time and way each time. Watching the carbs, except for alcohol it is football season and it is the weekend!!!

139.5 lb Lost so far: 1.5 lb.    Still to go: 4.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
