Well, that slowed significantly more than I expected, but still down. I attribute it to a combination of a very late night snack when I got home, a very large amount of stress right now (I tell myself that there are very much worse situations to be in and these issues are only temporarily caused by transitions due to wonderful opportunities I have had in the past 6 months), a lack of sleep (only a couple hours last night and not because of anything fun), and a lack of water (woke up feeling dehydrated). I seem to do better with losing weight when I drink plenty of water and get enough sleep.
