I feel like I've done so great. Even with TOM's visit, I'm down 1lb!!! YAY!!!! I feel like my progress is really slow, but its moving in the right direction. I can't wait to get to the finish line; which is:

Goal#1 Run a 5K by May 1st
Goal#2 lose 10% of my body weight (from my start weight) by April 15th

I feel like I've been a good influence on my kids b/c they have all been trying to "be healthy". They show me what they are eating and when they exercise. I just didn't realize how positively my attitudes and changes would be on my family.
176.4 lb Lost so far: 4.6 lb.    Still to go: 46.4 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
