Day 3 and still a decent drop from the day before. I've made the journey to lose weight before (was actually successful in 2010-2011), but the failed maintenance and the last few attempts to become healthier I can now call "learning experiences".
295.0 lb Lost so far: 7.8 lb.    Still to go: 105.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
