A hour of cardio and upper body at the gym last night. The gym was so crowded that I had to sit out a hour half way thru my routine. I thought the gym being busy after new years was a joke!
274.0 lb Lost so far: 37.0 lb.    Still to go: 74.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 11.2 lb a week

Yeah that's the the new year new me crowd.It should diminish quite a bit by February.Don't become one of them though.Stick it out and try going a bit later if you can.My gym starts to thin out by around 8:30 every night.

LOL - yes the "Newbies" always show up in January and last about six weeks! You will get your space back soon. Nice work and good loss!

If this happens to me. I don't wait, I just do another exercise that I feel like doing. Routine or not.
