Too much OT @ the desk job & NO exercise at all as I have been so exhausted & sitting for long periods of time make my back & legs hurt so horribly. Must make myself move after work Regardless of how tired & sore I am!
291.2 lb Lost so far: 31.8 lb.    Still to go: 106.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
