Why can I not get off this see-saw?? Perhaps changing up my exercise routine and more disciplined journaling will help.

What I've found helps me is keeping a close eye on what I'm eating-- is it mostly protein, or carbs? That and cutting out drinks other than water and tea, there are too many hidden calories that I can just drink away lol. Good luck, you'll break this soon!

You can get it done! Keep checking as CLOSELY as possible all that you eat. You'd be surprised what just grabbing a handful of grapes out of the fridge can do to your weight loss goals.

Go back and look at your June calendar - what you were eating - what you were doing. Do that and you loose weight, obviously you're not doing that consistently. Id really suggest you find a reasonable daily calorie limit that leads to a slow steady loss, and do your best to reach it, don't go under or over by more than a few percent. Too few calories are just as bad as too many both mess up your diet. Dollbaby needs to get her calorie grove back.
I'd be more tactful - but you're a cancer survivor so their's no question about your courage or resolve. Just get back with the program.
