I ate like there was no tomorrow Thanksgiving and Christmas. I gained about 10#. I went back into induction and lost all of it plus a little. I won't do that again!!!!

161.0 lb Lost so far: 51.0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
