so this happened in 3 months that I've been away 😢😳😢😳, I don't know where to start but I made Bone Broth and sipping it when hunger strikes 😧
I'm planning to do a 7 day fast (bone broth)from this Friday since I don't believe in Mondays as a starting day
not much exercise has been happening either I'm so sluggish and lazy, tried walking this morning but was saved by an urgent work call only walked 2km and had to go back 😅 was somehow relieved how lazy is that 😂😂
anyyy who I'm going to take it one day at a time cos Jan is my busy time at work, how gr8? 2017 : NO WEIGHT LOSS DIETS JUST I.F (aka Fasting) Running, Running Running,
gosh I'm starting to sound like a broken record now I remember saying this last year 🙈
188.7 lb Lost so far: 8.2 lb.    Still to go: 22.7 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
