Exercising every day...but not making the best food choices. Every evening around dinner I just eat like crazy. Ok for the day, but once I am around food its a problem.
180.0 lb Lost so far: 7.0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
gaining 1.4 lb a week

Do you plan your dinner ahead of time so you know what you will be eating? Also I find that a cup of tea (or something hot) and a snack about an hour or even less, before dinner helps me when I'm making dinner. Be sure you are eating breakfast and lunch as well. Good fr you for exercising. That's the one I'm having trouble with! I think about it, but my body does not want to!

Try to drink more water. Most of the time our body sends us a message that it is hungry, but in fact it is thirst.
