Ok--I'm disappointed. I hoped for at least a pound or two. I've put a lot of effort into logging and exercising, like I haven't done in a while. It's taken I me a month to lose 5 pounds. I know from education and experience that losing weight slowly is the better way, but, darn, I wanted a little more! I'm sure I've put on muscle, and the weight stayed the same, so I know that I must have lost some fat. Someone commented that my pants didn't look as tight!
So, here I go for another week of trying to stick with it--drink my water, work out 5 days, limit the carbs, say no from time to time and weigh again next Monday. I want this to become a lifestyle, not a sacrifice. I want it to be routine and normal. All in!

199.2 lb Lost so far: 6.8 lb.    Still to go: 39.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
