Donna Mashburn's Journal, 09 January 2017

Just finished up my 12 hour Sunday at the hospital. Mondays and Tuesdays are my weekend and I'm looking forward to the two days off. Tomorrow we will go into town to check out the other Kmart that is closing. (One is in Anderson, the other in Greenwood). I live about 45 min from either one.
Tomorrow is my day of reckoning as I have decided to weigh in on Mondays. I will get to see what my week of logging food and increasing my exercise have done for me. I'm a little nervous. According to my Fitbit, I have had at least a five hundred calorie deficit each day to the week. I have done better at reducing my carb intake, but not as low as I would like. Some entrenched habits are hard to break, like having my cookies with my morning coffee with the husband and the dog. (I have limited myself to just two and have made conscious efforts to reduce sweets at other times, so I'll just have to see what happens.)
I'm calling it quits for the night as I didn't sleep very long or very well last night and I'm feeling it now.
