Oops! This is what happens when u don't record everything on fs, as what you've eaten isn't on the database!

Kids back to school today so will be much easier to stick to a healthy routine

Going to chase up my physio spot today and get in the exercise bike

As well as adding your own items to the database, if you want to add something quickly, just find a food that is the nearest to what you ate. Hope you're having a good day 😊
