Great, another pound off, and I'm getting used to the 16:8 IF though yesterday was more like 19:5 due to being at the cinema again! Having more of a KeeDiet/Atkins bar day whilst eating some 'good' fats by having a small amount of nuts and a mini Babybel. It'll take me some time to use up my bars and packs but that's what I've decided to do before really focusing on doing LCHF. Had a little practice yesterday keeping my carbs low, and apart from the hot chocolate (my guilty pleasure at the cinema 😉) I was surprised how full I was on what seemed to be not a lot of food. I have always loved avocados and am so pleased I can fit them into my eating plan, though maybe not every day while I'm counting calories. I love the digital food scales my son recommended, I'm using them all the time, essential for the nuts...15gs does not look a lot and there is no way I could take a guess how many Brazils or pecans are in 15gs. Almost end of week 1 of the Sassy challenge, so I'll weigh in again tomorrow morning and do the updates, right now it's water, water (& the odd black coffee) everywhere 😁!!!

Good to see it going in the right direction! I'm looking at some small digital scales I can leave out on the work-top like I do my cheap Salter analogue ones but so far I can't justify the price. I have some digital ones but they're quite cumbersome.

@Phooka - I have some Salter digital scales I leave out on my worktop. They only cost about £10 and they're very accurate.

Hi Phooka, yes like Doobrie mine are the Salter scales, fairly small, square and flat and quite inobtrusive in my kitchen. I got mine from Argos about £12.
Mrs M, it was 'Passengers' that we saw too.....great film, really like Chris Pratt & Jennifer Lawrence. I love the whole big screen thing but have to like the main actors and the film's concept. This last week I've been to the cinema 3 times. Nothing on atm I fancy now though...
