Did better and appear to have lost the holiday weight gain. Unfortunately, I've been holding steady since October. But that's also about the time I stopped recording everything I was eating. It's time to try, try again.
221.0 lb Lost so far: 49.0 lb.    Still to go: 22.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
