A bit of a disappointment this past week as I didn't loose any more weight, but I didn't gain either...I sure would like to know why I didn't loose anything, because I did the same things this past week as I have the other weeks! UGH
251.0 lb Lost so far: 12.0 lb.    Still to go: 51.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Make sure to switch up your foods. Your body gets used to eating the same things, and gets comfortable. Other than that, maintaining is much better than gaining!

No worries!! Your body is just adjusting... KEEP on KEEPIN' on! You will see the results follow... do not be discouraged! May I suggest that you measure just your waist and then check it, the same time of day, the next week? You might be losing inches still! You cand DO IT!!

You don't have to necessarily count your calories, but keep an eye out for overeating. It's easy to sneak things in here and there and no matter what diet one is following, it all boils down to: calories in minus calories out. Good luck.
