Today was the most official start. Yesterday was ~198 so it's correcting. Plugged my fitbit back in to charge yesterday but didn't put it back on yet. It spent months without me. A couple more days won't kill it.
Today was busy but food was good, although under. A slice of cheddar, 1/4 red pepper, 2 eggs, 6 oz broccoli w/butter and 3 thin strips of bacon with 2 coffees aren't going to be the normal. I'll give it a little bit and if I'm still hungry I'll get something else. Blew through breakfast and lunch, mostly.
Broccoli tasted good though.
