I'm starting in earnest today to get on track and in the Blue...
155.6 lb Lost so far: 29.4 lb.    Still to go: 0.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

2072 kcal Fat: 101.98g | Prot: 109.80g | Carb: 173.69g.   Breakfast: Bananas, Milk (2% Lowfat with Added Vitamin A), Quaker Simply Granola, Egg Beaters All Natural 100% Egg Whites, Fried Egg, America's Choice Bacon Thick Sliced. Lunch: Chicken Wing (Skin Eaten), Cowpeas, Field Peas or Blackeye Peas (Fat Added in Cooking). Dinner: Cooked Green String Beans (from Fresh), Potato Salad, Oysters (Battered or Breaded and Fried), Fried Battered Flounder. Snacks/Other: Coconut Creme Pie. more...
