Another 1.5 weight loss. Yahoo!!!! Only two more lbs til my 2nd goal. Today is my oldest son birthday. he is 4 years old. here to a great day.

157.0 lb Lost so far: 13.0 lb. Still to go: 17.0 lb. Diet followed reasonably well.
