I was reading in my Shape magazine yesterday how important keeping a journal is. It keeps you accountbile for your eating habits. I agree there. I don't get specifices, but I keep track of my points and try to write everyday. It is like taking time for myself. Only 3 more days til Turkey day and I can't wait. I feel that I will have great portion control, yet spluge a little on my favorites. I am not going too worry too much about it because I have no doubt the day after will be back on track. I am going outside now since it is a beautiful day in the high 70s.
