Happy to have maintained at 213 lbs since my last weigh in......up and down food-wise these past few weeks (some days better than others) but I have tried to be sensible even though I hadn't checked in on FS during that time. Thanks to Phooka for the invite XX Loving the self-nurturing mini-challenges.....my focus button has been pressed and I am ready to go !!
