Tomorrow is gym day. I did ok on my diet today. yesterday I did BAD! Tomorrow is another day though? Wish I had someone that could help my learn how to meal prep and weigh out my food and count everything. :-/
215.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 65.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Hi, I get my ideas from the Atkins diet site.. they have awesome and easy recipes,, I am watching my carbs to lose weight and it is working! yay! I also do intermittent fasting.. in other words I don;t eat breakfast... try it? you can reach your goals... no problem! :-)

Hi the 1st thing is knowing how to enter foods accurately. To do that you need to know how to weigh the food and make sure that the serving size you want to eat is correct so you can log it in the diary. Google using a food scale there is lots of good info. Do that first and let me know if you want more help
