If only I could quantify the caloric sinning I've committed these last 20 days since my last weigh in. Jeeezzz!! DWL. I'm surprised that my weight increased by such a small amount. I was conscious of how many calories I was ingesting and did get in some serious exercise (lots of walking and salsa dancing weeeeee!!! Last Thursday and Friday nights were turned wooohooo). Any way... Happy New Year all you sexy slim people! We are back on track as of January 2...the earliest...lol.
